Anyway, some people requested for AQ questions, so here are some examples.
"Lee Kuan Yew has been the architect of Singapore's prosperity." Discuss with reference to the past and present.
Do you agree that Singapore needs to keep up with other countries in order to succeed? Discuss with reference to the past and present.
"Democracy is and has always been alive in Singapore." How far do you agree with the statement?
Do you agree that Singapore should welcome foreign talent? Discuss with reference to the past and present.
"A wise government is crucial for a country's success." How far do you agree with the statement? Discuss with reference to Singapore in the past and present.
P/S: For the sake of your classmates, please do me a favour and send a mass email/post on your class blogs and remind them to check this blog to download the stuff.

For the clueless, your exam format is as follows:
SECTION A: SBQ
Part (a) to part (d), with possible question types like inference, comparison, usefulness, reliability and evaluation.
SECTION B: SEQ
Do Q2 or Q3. Both questions come in part (a) and (b).
SECION C: AQ
One compulsory question will be given.
The exam will last 2 hours. 45 min for Section A, 45 min for Section B and 30 mins for Section C.

STEP 1: Choose a few questions that you are unsure about.
STEP 2: Write essay outlines (Introduction, 3 topic sentences and conclusion) in Microsoft Word documents.
STEP 3: Send them to Ms Goh (theracie@hotmail.com) as soon as you can.

I found this great site that has a whole archive pertaining to WWII. The cartoons are easier to understand if you have some background knowledge of the war.
WWII in Europe is of course not tested, but no harm glancing at some cartoons, yeah?
