Hi there,
I know this doesn't seem much of a holiday with all the work that you guys have to do. Hang in there! (:
For history, you need to complete:
#1 Assignment 3 (AQ)
#2 The optional SBQ assignment if you got 10/20 and below for your test
Just to update you on what's up for next term:
WK 2 - Assignment 4 (SEQ)
WK 4 - Test 2 (SEQ)
WK 6 - Quiz 2
WK 8 - Semester 1 Exams
As you can tell, it's quite a hectic schedule. So please do start reading up and revising.
From next term onwards, I will be putting up available consultation slots (meaning, you either come alone or in a group of 2-3 people to come and see me) for people who need help. The booking of such slots will be on a first come first serve basis.

"Singapore’s success has always been due on to its openness to foreign influences." Discuss in relation to the past and the present. [10m]
P/S: This question may involve you using information from any chapter you have learnt so far.
- Follow the basic essay writing structure (Intro, at least 3 body paragraphs and conclusion.)
- Make sure you use one example from history and one example from current affairs in each body paragraph.
- Draw links between both examples! Argue, don't describe.
- Learning lessons are to be in the conclusion!
